Shipping policy

Saint Montrale items are **custom-made and shipped on a pre-order basis**.

**Processing & Fulfillment Time:**
Please allow **2–5 weeks** from the date of purchase for production, quality control, and packaging. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

**Shipping Time (U.S.):**
3–7 business days after fulfillment.

**International Shipping:**
Shipping times vary. Customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for:

* Delays caused by carriers
* Lost or stolen packages
* Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

* There are **no cancellations, returns, or refunds** on pre-orders.
* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production.
